What to do if I forgot my username and/or password?
You can always email info@academicsummer.co.uk and we will reset your login details.

How do I apply for Academic Summer course?
There are two ways to apply online: If you are a new user, please complete the online application form by clicking Apply now. If you are a returning customer, please login with your username and password and click on Student on the left and then add new application.

Can I change the course dates?
Yes. In order to change the course dates, please email info@academicsummer.co.uk and we will be able to change the dates for you.

What shall I do after I complete the online application form?
You should complete student’s personal, medical, academic, parents and transfer details. In order to do that, you will need to login, click on Students on the left and then you will be able to add/edit all details.

Do I need to make a payment after I complete the application form?
Yes, we ask all our clients to pay the deposit of GBP 500 on booking, and the oustanding balance should be paid five weeks before the commencement of the course. 

What are the payment options?
You can pay by bank transfer, by card or via Pay to Study.

Which cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

How do I pay by card?
You will need to login with your username and password and then click on Payments on the left under Agent/Parent area.

What are your bank details?
You will see our full bank details on the invoice, which you will receive once the application form is accepted. You can also view the bank details after you login and then click on Payments on the left under Parent/Agent area.

How do I know that you received the payment?
Once the payment is received, we update the online platform, so if you log in, you can view the updated payment information online. We will also send you the updated invoice in a separate email.
